A115U boost carrier locked

I have this samsung A115u phone and when I insert sim it says searching. I need help please.

Welcome to Android Central! Are you using this phone on Boost's network, or are you using it on a different network? If the latter, are you certain the phone is carrier-unlocked?

That phone is locked to boost carrier until it's Sim unlocked then can use any carrier sim
