A3 frozen. Crappy unibody. How can I fix it?

A3 frozen. Crappy unibody.

it can go on and off with the power button but the frozen webpage still appaers. itvrepnoses to charging but wont show its charging. i have triedrecover mode and it wont appear. plz help. i cant go anyone because id rather not have anyone see my webpage

When trying to enter Recovery, did you make sure the device was fully powered off first, not just switched off?
