need help, how can i cange default app storage path from phone to SD card ?

Welcome to Android Central! If there's no option in the system settings to change the default storage location, then you have to rely on the settings for individual apps. Some apps will let you choose a default location (like the Camera app), but many will not. You might be able to change the default location universally if you root the phone and use something like Xposed Framework, but I wouldn't know the details of how to do that.
