A53 5G Choppy Instagram Stories

Hello,

I really know that A-series aren't optimised for Instagram/Snapchat/Tik-Tok apps.

I've recently got A53 5G and I noticed that when recording Instagram Stories from the app, videos are choppy and laggy on very good lighting.My old A70 didn't have this issue...

Tried with cleaning the cache, reinstalling the app, disabling dava saver in the app but nothing.



Any Ideas?

Is this happening on Wi-Fi and mobile data? You using a VPN?

Yes,they are very good but taking very longer to upload.I'm recording on 4K30 and i think the app is doing a massive compression.

No VPN and I have disabled battery save because I can't use the 120HZ display.

Same thing. Slow upload and massive compression.


I got this phone for a perfect price and with those specs I think will get me through 3-4 years and I don't want to dump 1000 bucks on an iPhone...............

You mentioned that it happens on both wi-fi and mobile data -- are speeds for both very good? Can you test using Google's or Ookla's speed test?

Maybe try contacting Instagram see if maybe issue in latest version
