[A6000] Dialer problem

Hi, i have lenovo A6000 plus recently i have started to experience issues with my dialer. If i enter the numbers and press dial button (sim 1 or sim 2), the call page opens and closes immediately and if i press the dial button again it is showing some random contact numbers and dial using sim 1 or 2 buttons are becoming navigation buttons (which we use to move up or down). Factory resetting helps only for a day or two and then the same problem comes again.

I have the latest software installed on my phone

Does this happen in Safe Mode as well? How to turn on safe mode on Lenovo A6000
