about CM6???

I'm thinking about giving CM6 a run. I flashed my first ROM yesterday and its ok, it was a sences one with out the bloat, it was from kommyrom(dream) and I have kernel version netarchy toastmod 4.1.9.1 cfs.

If I go with CM6 what would be a good stable kernel?

Just stick with the stock cm6 kernel for a bit and get used to it all, it's pretty fine tuned as is.

Im going to use rom manager to download cyanogen 6.1.2 does the kernel come with it or where can i go to get that CM6 kernel?

It's already included with the Rom

When I downloaded CM6 a box pops up asking me if I want google apps??? What are they and should I say yes?

They are the Apps from Google such as Gmail, maps, navigation etc. If you usethem you should download them.
