Android Central Question

Whether Multitouch J2 Prime can only support 2 fingers or My Device got problem?

Regard

Welcome to Android Central! All modern smartphones should support more than two finger multitouch. How do you know it only registers two touches at a time? Are you using a multitouch testing app?

I afraid go to safe mode because my phone is rooted, i afraid when waranty security is active
Or can i just edit the build.prop file? and How?

All Safe Mode does is temporarily disable any 3rd party apps you installed. This can help you determine if something you installed is causing problems. When you reboot normally out of Safe Mode, it reverts back to normal mode.

Did you install a custom ROM, or the firmware for a different J2 variantt?

No. I just edit build.prop file
ro.product.model=SM-G610F(edited)
ro.product.model=SM-G532G(original)
The reason to run unsupport app/game
and custom TWRP to install Root access

Hmm, I don't know enough of that to say if it might be related to your problem. It's still worth trying Safe Mode.

Hmm, sorry -- I don't think I have any more input on this. It's hard to know if any of the root modifications did this. I suppose there's a remote chance your phone model is actually limited to 2 touches, but that just seems impossible to me for a phone released in 2016.

Oh, one other thought -- if there's a screen protector, try taking it off.
