Each month, I go to the Virgin Mobile site to renew my plan with a 25 dollar beyond talk card. I'll log in, hit top up. It says the balance was added to my account, so I click "Pay now". I use my current balance to pay which is 25 dollars. It restarts the plan and says the payment is due the NEXT month, but It's like it glitches and the plan wasn't really renewed. It says I still have 300/300 minutes used from the previous month. This is the second time this has happened and I had to call them last month, and I'm about to call them again. Has anyone else experienced this?
