About restoring system files

So I'm a dumbass, didn't listen, and deleted these files after root.

If I use ODIN to put the system folder back on, do I lose anything I have currently?

I ONLY removed the below mentioned.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the phone, but I would like to have them back, just incase. Any chance someone feels like uploading the following?

Or knows where I can get just those files without flashing the whole system through ODIN?

Actually, if I flash the system folder, would I lose any of my settings or apps currently on the phone?

You can just get them from the fascinate system dump.. It was actually leaked before the phone was out..

Awesome. I'm assuming I can just place the missing files on my SD card and then copy them back into the system/apps dir.

I think I need to stop playing with my phone, but no better way to learn...

So this means that clockwork recovery doesn't restore files that have been deleted? Because I backed up through clockwork, then deleted the files, then tried recovery after, but did not get the files back.

EDIT 2- Clockwork did restore the files, I'm just a dumbass again.
