Will the Chinese version of the Samsung Galaxy note 7 duos, or dual Sim (6 GB RAM, 128 ROM) work in Europe? Is compatible with Europeans systems?

I want to order the galaxy note 7 from china but now im hearing it cant be used in the US. isn't it unlocked for international use? i really want to buy the chanies note 7 or the chines note 4, cause those are the only notes i like.
