abus zen pad 10 tablet

I broke my screen and purchased a new one and replaced it via google instructions. All worked well for a few days then on turning on all was ok booting up screen comes on as normal but it will not respond to touch. Any clues what is wrong

Welcome to Android Central! Maybe the connection is loose or damaged. You'd probably have to open the tablet up again and check the connections.
