My nexus 6 is simple. Hide the soft keys and status bar with only a few apps. All other apps I swipe left to access.

Been pretty much the same on my phone for the last year or so, just the stuff I use all the time. Only two screens. Nova launcher, everything else in app drawer in folders so only one screen there.

I use the capacitive buttons on my Oneplus One to increase screen real estate. I have all the apps I use on a weekly basis on the first screen in folders. I use action launcher so I use the covers features to make folders for my main apps in my dock. I use the chronus widget that gives me a shortcut to accuweather. On the second screen I have the newly updated business calendar widgets.
