Accesseing and publishing the full list off Android Market apps?

Hey all,
I am not really an Android developer, I develop websites. I have been looking everywhere without success on how to publish the full list of Android market apps on a web page. I am trying to find if Google has a RSS feed available or any other type of databank I can query to publish apps and allow people to search on my page.
Any idea?
