I have a Moto G Power (2020 version) running Android 11.
I know these 2 are connected to the Accessibility Menu & I am hoping someone can help me out.
When I do a short swipe up from the bottom of the screen, I get this menu:

Neither the Swipe to split nor the Accessibility Menu buttons do anything when I tap on them.
But when I do a long swipe up from the bottom of the screen, I get this menu:

All the buttons on this menu do open other settings they are supposed to.
My questions are:
1. Why do I have the short swipe up menu?
2. Since Swipe to split nor the Accessibility Menu buttons are not doing anything when tapped, how can I remove this menu?
3. If I can remove the short swipe up menu, will I still have the long swipe up menu available?
