I have the S3 and I've had it for months. Suddenly every time I restart the phone its at the top in notifications telling me that talkback is on. i have disabled it within settings. I have even gone into apps, cleared cache, force stop and disabled it and it still remains in the notifications. Now i no longer see it listed in the accessibility settings to even turn it on if i wanted to, which i do not, however it is still in my notifications. HELP.

Have you recently installed an app that uses accessibility services? Lightflow is one example, although there are others. Did you recently update to 4.1.2?

There is a bug with Touchwiz related to Accessibility services. Samsung has acknowledged it, and I *think* it's supposed to be fixed on 4.2. I use Lightflow, and this notification started showing up when I upgraded to 4.1.2 on Sprint. I can get rid of the hand by turning Lightflow off, and back on again. This will probably work with any other accessibility service, too.
