Ok, all messed up. In settings I checked the accessibility and the read screen option. Now my phone is reading every screen but I cannot get back into settings to change. When I hit accessibility it just says "accessibility" but won't allow me to enter.
Help please.

I think i long held accessibility option, or something. I clicked everywhere and it let me go in that menu and disable it.

Finally figured it out. Double tap worked on my X.
