Accessing Files While In Download Mode

Is there a way to copy my files from my tablet to my computer? The tablet won't boot into the OS or into recovery mode. It only boots into download mode. If you know the solution to why it's not booting up, by all means tell me.

I have tried putting a different recovery on it, but it doesn't change.

My tablet is rooted, has TWRP, and is running CyanogenMod 10.2 nightly.
