I have it turned on but occasionally, I'll pull my phone out of my pocket and the been will be unlocked and on. Apparently some accidental touches changed one of my alarms and deleted another last night so I entered up late for work. Anyone else having issues with this?

This been ongoing problem
Do you use fingerprint or password/pin ?

I use fingerprint primarily, but I use smart unlock with my gear S3 watches and with location at home. I also had the double tap to wake feature on, but have disabled it for now as I'm thinking that and an up swipe of the screen brought up the home page. Hard to imagine how that happens in my pocket, but I'd rather not take chances at this point.

Yeah double tap would wake the screen by accident, but also with smart Lock on it would keep the screen unlocked and movent in your pants might trigger phone in and pressing different things .

Since I use AOD, the only thing that would bypass it through the screen would be the fingerprint scanner. So I'm thinking this is a good stopgap until it is fixed (if it's ever fixed). So at this point I'll be required to use my fingerprint or press the power button. I don't think there is any other way to get passed it but I'll keep an eye out for my screen being on when I remove my phone from my pocket.

Yeah looks like that's the best option, keep me posted how you make out

If you're using the AOD be sure to turn off the "Lift to Wake" feature. That feature has a tendency to cause issues when the phone is in a pocket and you're moving around.

It has been off for a while. It had a slight delay sometimes so it became frustrating when I would try and use my fingerprint and it would go to the lock screen instead, where all I need is to swipe up since the smart Lock with my watch would unlock it, but I already started holding down my finger.
