Accidently wiped sd card

Running gRom 2.2
Accidently reformatted sd card. Now stuck on LG screen. I can still reboot into recovery but I do not know what to do next.
Can I just put gRom back on sd card and flash or do I need to return stock?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Just do a wipe and Re flash your rom. During that first boot it will reinstall all the needed files.

If you lost the ROM off of your SD card you can go into the Mounts and storage option on Clockworkmod. Plug your phone into your computer and mount USB Storage, then you can place the ROM back on your SD card and load the ROM from the Load ZIP from sdcard menu option. Good luck

If you can boot into recovery than theres now problem, but reformatting you sd card shouldn't keep you from booting into your ROM unless your wiped data and cache before hand.

Either way all you gotta do is download the ROM, put it on your sd card, flash it and everything will be like it was before (except all your data will be gone) no reason to go back to stock
