Accounts keep getting immediately banned for "spam"

I'm not a spambot! I've reseeded mantle accounts, and they keep being immediately banned for "spam" (it's impossible that I've spammed this forum, as this is the first time I've posted here). I'm not sure why this new account is letting me post, but I can prove that I'm not a spambot. An admin can video-call me or something.
