Accuracy of Rumors for M8?

I didn't follow the M8 from the beginning, who did and knows if the first leaks and specs rumors were accurate or not?

Maybe this would uncover a more reliable source than others in the future lol

The first were shots of the unibody, alone, and if I remember correctly those were accurate. The next ones we got a bunch of renders of fully edge to edge stuff, which were incorrect and exposed as such shortly after. Then finally we got leaks of the real thing. I believe it was evleaks via some sources over closer to home for HTC.
