Acer 1080p Monitor and fully updated Firestick 4k and Netflix only gives me 480p.

[Android Central Question]

I have tried to get into the display settings, but they are set to automatic and there is no manual setting option available for the resolution. I have checked that my playback setting is HD. On the Netflix UK site, But now 480p is all I'm getting. Now in the initial setup of the stick it did not allow me to pick a monitor as my display method. It only listed TVs. So I just clicked manufacturer unlisted. So maybe their simplified update of the initialisation process has made the stick mis-identify the monitor.
