Frankly, no. I have an A100, and it was a decent value when it came out, but it's stuck on Ice Cream Sandwich (unless you want to root it and install a Jellybean ROM), the screen is not very good (terrible viewing angle), and the battery is pretty weak (lasts about 4 hours with game playing and/or video viewing). You can get some very good Jellybean tablets pretty cheap for close to $100 brand new, like the original Nexus 7 (at a reduced price everywhere due to the new Nexus 7's availability), the Asus MeMO Pad HD 7, and the Hisense Sero 7 Pro.
Also check out daily deal sites like Dailysteals.com, IceMonkey.com, 1saleaday.com, and Woot.com. They often have tablet deals with free or cheap shipping--they're usually refurbished, but that's probably better than buying a used one from someone.
