acer A500 pdanet conection with LGP500h

Hi I would like to know what the problem might be that I can,t get any connection to the internet on my Acer A500 iconia. I followed all the steps from pdanet for android tablet, paired them together,set the netwerk proxy,my tablet reconizes my WI-FI from my android,My tablet says that there is a connection and my signal bar is full, but when I try to connect to the internet all i get is that" webpage is unavailable" I,m new to android system and this problem is driving me nuts can anyone help me with this? Thanks
