Acer Iconia A500 cant update firmware

[gen_2000]

My new A500 unable to update the latest Andriod 3.1( currently running 3.0.1).

When I clicked about->system to check for update, it always shown System is up-to-date.

Anyone can help?

It will come, mine only got the update last week, others had it weeks before
