Acerom 2.0 back to original?

Hello,

I have a rooted phone running Acerom 2.0 I did not do this so I really have no clue on how to flash it back to default. Can someone help me? Or send me a good video?

From there you can grab the OTA (Over the Air) updates to Gingerbread.
