Action Memo to Task, stopped working

Has anyone else experienced this?
My action memo to task was working fine, until this week. When I write up more than one line item, and push it to task, it does not create the individual task. It just goes to the task screen for me to create the task. When I do one line item it works.

Any suggestions?

When I write one line it's fine like yours. But when I do multiple lines because I don't have enough space for one line it chops the task up by line. Is that what happens to you??

Actually no :/ ... it doesn't even create the task. The task option opens up, but it is expecting me to click to add a new task.
I can have
Groceries
Utilites
Pay Bill
Cook
Clean
and they won't form separate task. Which it did when I first played with action memo. Now if I want all of those task, I'd have to create 5 separate entries.

Whoa that's crazy. I wouldn't even know where to begin to fix that. Maybe clear the data in Action Memo. So it'll return to how it was when you first got the Note. That might erase all your saved memos though. But it's worth a shot.

Samsung replaced Action Memo with S Note. Old memos are stored as jpg in a device folder, actionmemo. They can be viewed and deleted but not modified.
