Activate cellcom s6 edge on tracfone byop

I have a galaxy s6 edge from Cellcom, a regional carrier. I was just wondering how or if I can activate it in tracfone byop. It's a cdma phone and goes off Verizon towers. Thanks for the help!

First, make sure the phone meets the Cellcom criteria to be used outside their carrier: Policies and Info, Unlocking Devices - Cellcom, Built for You, Cellcom - Built for You. In other words, was the phone purchased at full retail price, or is the contract fulfilled/ETF paid?
