Activation Fees

I currently have the samsung transform from sprint and I was thinking about ordering the samsung epic 4g from sprint on ebay.com and I was wondering if I will be charged $36 activation fee for activating a new phone (basically switching phones) even though i'm still in my 2 year contract

I would ask. I brought in a phone to a store once and they did charge me the $36 fee. I called up and complained to cs and the store that did it. Eventually got it removed.

Activation fees should ONLY be for a new contract. I used to switch phones all the time! Palm Pre- to the Evo 3D...All the time! If they do simply call CS and they will remove it. Never had an issue with it when I was with Sprint for the last 5-6 years. But I have moved on sense.
