How long does it take to activate. Mine has been "activating" now for over an hour,

I'm not sure what the average time is. I bought mine used and it took the manager at Verizon about 45 minutes to activate mine.

When I activated mine I had some issues. Had to pull the sim card and start over after about an hour and 1/2.

Bought mine at my local Verizon store, it took a few minutes to get it activated.

Fought one after a rom flash for 6 to 8 hours, they gave me a replacement. I put it back to stock prior to returning it.
