This handy toy appeared out of nowhere in my Galaxy Note 1 that I use as a tablet. How can I get it on my Galaxy S Duos?

I use my Galaxy S Duos when traveling, and my iPhone here locally in Singapore.

The widget does not come up on the Samsung market or the Google market.
