Active Apps Screen changeable??

If you're been able to play with the Blackberry Priv you may have noticed the active Apps Screen displays them as tiles and not rolodex. Does any one know if this can be done on other Android phones?

Not unless you are using a custom ROM that's modified to do that. I think older versions of Android did that as well, but I can't really recall oO (I'm getting old :'( )
