Active phone numbers and addresses

On my iPhone whenever there were 10 or 7 numbers in a row the iPhone would underline them and allow me to dial those numbers in the phone app just by clicking the numbers. Anyone know of an app that makes this happen on my s4? I really miss this feature.

I have noticed it work with a couple of phone numbers but not nearly as many as the iPhone and I have yet to see it work with an address. Is there an app that increases the functionality?
