Activity Zone Problem

When I open Activity zone, I'm only getting a white screen. I just used the flashlight yesterday and today I've got nothing. Already tried Force close with data/cache clearing and a reboot. I'm stumped.

Just tried mine, works normally, so not all of them are affected. Good luck, hope you figure it out, you may want to try a soft reset, no information or photos will be lost (Power and volume down keys pressed at the same time until phone restarts).

I'm having the same problem. Started yesterday around noon I think. I open the activity zone and a white screen is displayed. I then have to close it. Occasionally it crashes before I can close it. Even after a soft reset, force stop and clearing the cached data it still doesn't work.

Has anyone come up with a fix for this? I was finally able to download Facebook and now this?

Working fine after getting the ATT 5.1.1 update tonight. Surprising the Activity zone just stopped before the software update was even started. Oh well, working now. Guess I'll have to wait about a year for Marshmallow. 1 bad thing about ATT and the bloatware.

mine dropped dead as well. My screen is white, and I don't know how to update or remove it.

I noticed this problem a few days ago on my new phone. I took it into the AT & T store and they had no clue. Glad to see there is a fix. Waiting for the 719MB download to finish. Fingers crossed!

I got this problem before and I used Package Disabler to disable it, reboot, then enable. Back to normal for me.

I just did that as you said and it didn't work. I can see on the window that opens when I check the Activity Zone checkbox, that the package size is 0 MB and the RAM memory usage is 0.00 MB, and the Package Data Size is 0.02 MB. So basically it looks like the program isn't even there. But there are others that show 0 MB also.....

You need to open Samsung Milk Videos and acknowledge the disclosure. Basically, Samsung is no longer providing the service and the disclosure acknowledgement is causing Activity Zone to hang on launch.

This is the second time that Activity Zone has gone awry. The other time it was fixed by updating Samsung Milk Music. Seems as if the "Milk" services causes the majority of the hangups.

I did that the went back to the activity zone and still a white screen. Tried Mike Music and it blacked out on me?

I just went into the play store, updated milk music, restarted the phone and now mil music and the activity zone is working.
