Hi Guys is there an Adaptive Fast Charging Power bank besides the Samsung one. Maybe a better or cheaper one or should I just go for the Samsung variant?

I bought some 15 ft cables and put it in the corner. When you have friends over they will thank you lol

Thnx Mark but is that power bank you can take with you?

Depends on what size you want. Just look for any battery pack that supports QuickCharge 2.0 or higher. QC 3.0 will work, but keep in mind that the S8 is QC2.0, so 3.0 won't charge it any faster from what I've determined.

I've had this for a while and it works well, will charge your phone ~6 times (my math may be off):

Here is one from Anker with half the size capacity and lots of good reviews:

Look for anything from Chotech, Anker, or RAVPower for those with high ratings. I have several from those makers for various people in my family with no issues.

There are varying sizes from 5,000 mAH to 26,000 mAH. The large ones will charge your phone more but there is a trade-off in size and weight to carry around.

AUKEY are good as well. I have a few chargers from them. I can also vouch for Ravpower. Anker is the current Golden child of chargers though so you can't go wrong with anything from them. Of course they cost more. I tend to buy Ravpower, Aukey, or Maxboost, in that order. I keep my eye on Anker, but they always cost more.

I have the previous version of the 10,000 mah Anker battery. It's portable for a bag, not so much a pocket. The one I have is great, so I'd recommend the current one for use at home or when you have a bag.

For something pocketable, I like the OTHER Samsung 5200 mah one. I think it's the previous version. The one someone mentioned here is probably good. But they made it shorter and fatter. So not as pocketable. The one I have is about the same dimensions as a Galaxy S7 (regular size). Including the thickness. So it's pocketable. And if you need to use the phone while charging on the go, they easily stack in your hand together, even on a phone call.
