Add APN to C811

[AC Question]

I have a casio c811. I just switched from verizon to T-Mobile. I can send and recieve calls and text, but i have no DATA. I need to add the APN for T-Mobile. The APN screen is blank and only lets me " reset to default". Does anyone know how to add a new APN?

Welcome to Android Central! Are you looking at Settings>Wireless & Networks>Cellular Networks>Access Point Names? Is that the screen that's blank? There aren't any "+" icons to add a new APN? What happens if you tap the Menu button on that screen?

Yes, the APN screen is blank. if i press the menu button (three dots) it says "reset to default".

You have a T-Mobile SIM card installed, right?
