add apps from sd card

I had to factory reset my droidx. Before I did this however I had some apps on my sd card as I moved them with apps2sd. How do I get those apps to show and download? I installed apps2sd and it does not show anything in the sd card?

Dl astro in market. Find the app using that and click it. You can dl like that.
