Add device ID to forum name

One of this forum's best kept secrets (?) is that you can now add your device identity and other things of interest such as social network links to your own forum heading. Just click "User CP", scroll down toward the bottom of the page and Lo! There's the place to enter your device and add other info!!

Noticed the Evo folks were ID'd, so checked. Thanks, mods!! Great addition and, among other things, will make searches much more meaningful. My guess is that it's been there for a while, but I didn't catch the announcement. Thanks again!
