Add Widget to Go Launcher Ex

The standard TouchWiz Launcher has a widget called "contact 1x1" and I would like to use it with my Go Launcher EX but it is not a widget that appears to be available. Does anyone know how I can use it with the Go Launcher?

That widget is built into the TouchWiz framework. In other words, you can't use it with any third party launchers. I suggest you use a 'favorites' widget like Circle Launcher which allows you to place favorites in an easily accessible neat little button.
