Adding 928 Theme to a Rooted Droid X

Now that I've rooted my Droid X, how do I add the 928 Theme that I downloaded to my computer?? Please help.

P.S. I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed either.

Most themes have directions how to apply them. Most are boot into recovery. Pick install from sd card and select the theme zip. Place the theme on your sd card first.
