Adding a single facebook contact to my address book

In the past, i know you can just add from Facebook but for some odd reason with this phone (S4) i can't seem to add a single contact from Facebook. I don't want to sync where it adds all the non-address book contacts into my address book. I had to go and delete them when i first got the phone. Can anyone seem to direct me to a thread or where or let me know how i can do this?

Ie. Getting a new or current friend on Facebook join contacts or add new contact to join with a existing contact on addressbook. thanks!
