How do I add or delete home screens now with ICS?

Is there any way to Add / Delete screens if I am stock on ICS? I really do not want to download a different launcher.

Not with stock launcher.
Try Apex launcher, it's basically stock launcher but modified to give you more custom control.
You can add delete home screen

I looked for Apex Launcher in the market and nothing showed up.
