Is there a way to take a few images from the gallery or Google pix and put them in a homepage folder for ultra quick reference? I have a couple pix that I often have to refer to but they are currently really deep on the list and have to significantly scroll to get to them.

There is an app called QuickPic in the Play Store that allows you to create your own albums from your photos. This is probably a perfect example of how this app would be useful.

You could copy those pictures to a separate folder in your phone (or move, if you don't want duplicates) and then create a shortcut in your homescreen for that folder.

You could try an app like ES File Explorer. Look for the photo you need, long press on it, tap on "more" bottom right and select "add to desktop". Repeat the process for all the photos you need and create the folder from your homescreen.

Nice tip! Furthermore, once you get all your shortcuts done, you can group them into a homescreen folder to avoid the clutter. Again, nice tip Javier!
