Adding hyperlinks using Google Drive app?

When creating Documents using the Google Drive app, is there a way to add clickable hyperlinks?
I can do this using the desktop version of Google Drive, but not so with the Android version.

Double click on the link after you make it, then click follow link.

Actually, it's not so much of a double click, as tapping the cell again after you've highlighted it. This worked for me.

I'm using the google drive app on a GS4.
