Adding more languages to the SR ?

What's the best way to add more languages to the SR ?
just go on the market place and look for one ?

I'm not sure how to add languages for the whole system, but if you're referring to input methods, there are several keyboards on the market. Just search for the language you're looking for. I'm usiing Touchpal for Chinese input and Google Japanese Input for my needs.
