Adding new panel in freestyle layout

Hello there.
I'm trying the new freestyle layouts and they are really great, but I have a problem. I can't seem to find the "+" to add a new panel when adding widgets , it's not there like in the classic layouts and I'm unable to find how to add a new panel.
Any help will be appreciated.

Don't think freestyle can be added to other panels. Only the home screen as far as I'm aware.
