Adding PayPal to Gear S3 Frontier

I have successfully added my credit cards to my Samsung Pay account and have PayPal on my S9+. I can't figure out how to add PayPal to my Gear S3 Frontier.

PayPal is sending me a debit card so then I can add it to my watch.
