Probably get better help not in the hacking romming sub forum, but ad blocking software uses DNS blocking and those addresses need to be updated cuz they change. Does updating adfree and rebooting help?

Also I'm suspicious that Adfree is a bit unstable/unreliable on Jellybean. Not sure, but I've run into some weirdness that I think is related to it on Jellybean ROMs. The app hasn't been updated in a long time so it makes sense.

Maybe give AdAway a try? I haven't run into any issues with it on JB roms. It seems to be more frequently updated and it's open source!
