Adobe Flash 10.2 coming....

For those of us rooted and unable to get Flash updates to download, how will we get the new 10.2?

Will we just go to the market to get it? Sorry, not very knowledgeable on root. Only reason I am rooted is due to (and big thanks to...) upstreammiami.

The short answer is you won't.

The longer answer requires another question, which ROM are you running? Some ROM's, like Virtuous, come with hulu and have Flash loaded in a system folder that the .apk can't access. The reason for this is that the ROM's that come with hulu need a hacked version of Flash to work. If you update Flash then you break hulu.

In the past the chef's of the "hulu ROMS" have provided updates for their ROM's after a major revision of Flash.

Never mind. I uninstalled 10.1 then installed 10.2....

Does being rooted alone not let you get the update automatically? I can see if you are running a rom but not if just rooted. Just trying to learn more here.

Either way wireless tether is well worth rooting for

I got the update and it installed and works just fine on my rooted DInc.
