adobe flash for mynote 8.0

Just bought my note 8.0, its really nice but I have a slight problem. The reason why I chose to buy the note 8.0 rather than the ipad is i thought it already has adobe flash. And to my surprise i cant watch certain things online when i tried to. I want to download adobe flash but dont know how or where to get it from? So can anyone please help me and point me in the right direction, thanks

Adobe flash is not officially supported by the latest android versions.

Suggest you read through the entire associated thread. Note that even after installing flash, the Chrome browser will still not support flash, but the native browser and some other third party browsers will. Good luck.
